Return or exchange policy

Please be advised that all our goods/products is genuine and from the main sources/authorized distributors

If there is a manufacturer error on one of the devices at the time of receipt of the device, we will replace the damaged device with another device the second day from the time we get notified about, all genuine parts and accessories should be with the returned items as the original factory packaging.

Please note that replacement is for devices/kits that has a manufacturing defect only and not the misused/broken by the user.

The device is guaranteed for 30 days from the date of purchase only.

In case if the customers want to return an unwanted product, we will return it in case it is still sealed and in original packaging.

**Please note that Eliquids and Salt Nicotine bottles Cannot be exchanged/returned under any circumstances**

يرجى العلم بداية بان جميع بضائعنا اصليه و من المصدر الاساسي او موزعيهم المعتمدين.

اذا كان هنالك خطأ مصنعي بأحد الاجهزة عند وقت استلام الجهاز فإننا سوف نقوم باستبدال الجهاز التالف بجهاز اخر ثاني يوم من وقت تبليغنا عنه، و استلام كافة القطع و الاكسسوارات الموجودة مع الجهاز التالف. 

يرجى العلم بأن الاستبدال يكون للأجهزة التي فيها عيب مصنعي فقط و ليس سوء استخدام من المشتري.

يكون الجهاز مكفول لمدة ٣٠ يوم من تاريخ الشراء فقط.
